Okay this took a lot of time to make. This was actually done on Black Tag Board. What I did was sketch the dragon on the board, then i cut out the image. i didn't cut all the way threw though. Just enough to peel off the top black layer, so the white that you see it actually the layer underneath the black. The I just shaded with some black chalk.

I know, it is a little confusing...
